Deposit and Cancelation Policy A £200 deposit is required to secure your booking. Appointment times are reserved especially for you & A huge amount of time has been allocated just for you! Being on time for your appointment is without question a Must to ensure you receive your full service and other clients and our technicians are not inconvenienced.

Please keep in mind that no shows or last minute cancellations would leave our professionals with huge amount of empty appointment times that could have been utilised by another client & At great expense therefore to the technician in loss of earnings. This is why we require a 4 day advance cancellation notice. If appointments are cancelled more than 4 days prior to the scheduled appointment your deposit is not affected and we will gladly reschedule your appointment subject to availability and possibly with another technician.
